Director of Development

The Director of Development is a highly complex position requiring a variety of specialized skills, including knowledge of major gift fundraising, gift planning, marketing, public relations and strategic planning, as well as the ability to understand and communicate the mission of PMFS and the importance of Friends Education. The successful candidate will be a relationship builder with a compassionate, engaging demeanor whose strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence support positive connection with families, teachers, alums, grandparents and students.
