After School Program Coordinator
Plymouth Meeting Friends School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic education program professional to oversee our after school program, Beyond the Bell (BtB), for students in Pre-K through Grade 5.
The BtB Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the program, including supervising staff, coordinating coverage, planning activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for students. This position works closely with the School Operations Coordinator, who manages program registration, billing, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Beyond the Bell (BtB) program
Supervise and support BtB staff
Coordinate staff schedules and secure substitute coverage as needed
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and outdoor experiences
Ensure student safety and positive behavior throughout the program
Communicate and collaborate with school staff and families as needed
Qualifications
Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
